The ' Tin Hut ' Mission Church
built for the workers of Trafford Park
at the turn of the century
is still in active use today.

Trafford Park War Memorial was re-located to St. Antony's from its original position on Third Avenue due to area re-development.

"To the Glory of God and In Memory of The Brave Men and Lads of Trafford Park who fell in the Great War 1914-18"

Just visible in the background is the Centre for Church and Industry, opened January 1994 after refurbishment. It was originally the parish primary school 1912-1981.

Weekday Church access

Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm.

Access is available to visiting groups or individuals for worship or private prayer.

The Centre for Church and Industry staff are happy to provide access to the church on request.

Canon Joseph Carter

The Very Reverend Canon Joseph Carter R.D. is the parish priest for St Antony's and former Dean of
St. Catherine's Deanery. He is also Chaplain to the Centre.
