Salford Diocese
REVIVE

Mission Statement:

Revive is a joint project of the Holy Ghost Fathers (Spiritans) - a religious order of the Catholic Church whose members work with refugees and the most vulnerable across the world - and the RC Diocese of Salford.

Our services are free and available to all, irrespective of race, political or religious belief; age, gender, (dis)ability, or sexuality.

We provide long term assistance to asylum seekers and refugees in sdalford and surrounding areas.

We offer appropriate advocacy and practical support. We advocate on behalf of asylum seekers and refugees, providing individual help, information and signposting to ensure their full access to services and entitlements in an attempt to reduce feelings of isolation and perplexity. The following are some of the areas in which we offer assistance.

  • Nass support
  • Healthcare
  • Housing
  • Education
  • Benefits
  • Finding suitable legal representation

We also aim to raise awareness of asylum and immigration issues within Salford Diocese and to other faith groups interested in our work

We take referrals from clergy, health workers and others whose work brings them into contact with the most vulnerable asylum seekers or those who have been granted refugee status.
