Family Welfare

Many families face difficulties and problems at one time or another. Some problems will be handled by the individual often with the help of relatives and friends. However, sometimes it is beneficial to seek help from elsewhere outside the family.

The Catholic Childrens' Rescue Society have a team of experienced and qualified social workers who may be able to offer support through difficulties. e.g.

• Personal relationship problems
• Separation / divorce
• Children with home/school problems
• Family breakdown
• Bereavement

Families may approach CCRS directly or they accept referrals from schools, parishes and other agencies. Visits will take place at home, or at a mutually convenient place by arrangement.
