Welcome to the Diocese of Salford
|
Bishop Terence Brain and Fr Anthony Kay VG, with about 20 priests and 650 people from across the diocese are on the Diocesan Pilgrimage to Lourdes from Friday. With the pilgrimage are about 200 young people and a team of doctors and nurses to care for the sick and elderly pilgrims. The Bishop and priests will remember the intentions of the whole Diocese in the celebrations of Masses and Services during the Pilgrimage. There will be a particular intention for our young people that they may be open to God’s will for them in their lives and respond to the Lord’s gentle calling with generosity. You will be able to follow our pilgrimage on this website each day. |
